Start the Online Meeting
The invitations have been sent and the responses received. Let's start the meeting!

Before You Begin: Go to the Outlook Calendar
Find the Meeting date: Mon 1/21/2013.
Double-click to open the Meeting.

5. Try It: Start the Online Meeting
Go to Meeting->Join Online Meeting.

What Happens Next? Microsoft Lync should open and log into the Exchange Server. The Lync Call for the online meeting should open as well. You may be prompted whether you wish to use Lync for the audio.
